Relentless Health returns policy

Each test kit is uniquely assigned to the person who purchased the kit. We don’t offer any returns or refunds once the kit has been ordered. However, we are happy to offer a replacement kit in the following circumstances:

  1. If there is anything missing from the kit. In this instance, please contact our support by emailing support@RelentlessHealth.com 

  2. If the kit goes missing in transit from our warehouse to your address

  3. If the kit goes missing in transit from your address to our laboratory

In the last 2 cases, we will automatically send out a kit once it is clear that the delivery has failed.
